Mango Mood Smoothie Bowl

Hey friends! I hope that everyone is staying healthy and happy during this time of social distancing. If you’re looking for a yummy & healthy treat to make to pass the time I‘ve got you covered!

Let me introduce you to my new favorite treat, the Mango Mood bowl! This is SUPER easy to make and only requires 4 ingredients to make! It’s sweet & creamy and feels like summer. If you have littles, you can turn it into a healthy popsicle by pouring the smoothie into a popsicle mood and freezing for a few hours! They won’t even know that it’s refined- sugar free & dairy free!

I like to turn mine into a bowl because it’s much more filling and everything tastes better with toppings! I have been adding chopped up GoMacro bars on top of my smoothies in the morning and it is SO yummy! I’m sure you’ve heard me talk about their bars before because they have been a family favorite for over a year now. I’m not exaggerating when I say we eat one everyday! They are my go to protein bar because they are organic, vegan, gluten free, and have an amazing variety of flavors. One of my favorite things about their company is that it is Mother-Daughter owned. The company was founded when their co-founder, Amelia, used a plant-based, sustainable diet to help her overcome her battle with breast cancer. Her daughter, Jola, also adopted the diet and it transformed her health. They have been operating since 2004 and have made it their mission to spread the power of a balanced and healthy lifestyle! I used their Granola + Coconut flavor to top my bowl and it tasted amazing!  I’ve never met a GoMacro bar that I didn’t love, so any of them would work! Shop the bars here.

I hope you’ll love this simple and delicious bowl and make it for your family & friends! Let me know how you like it in the comment section!
Xx, Maddie
