What is a preset?

A preset is essentially a photo filter! We created our presets through Adobe Lightroom classic and they are the exact filters we use on all of our photos. With presets, you can create a consistent look & across all your photos/ feed.

How do I unzip a file?

If you are using a mac unzipping a file will be super easy! All you have to do is double click the file and it will be unzipped. If using Windows you may need to use a free converter to unzip your files. If you are installing the mobile presets, first use a computer to unzip the files. Once your text them, email them, or airdrop them to yourself you no longer need a computer.

How do I make my photos look exactly like yours?

These are the EXACT presets we use to edit our photos, however this does not mean that your photos will look perfect in one click and require some tweaking. I typically play around with the exposure, white balance, and highlughts in Lightroom to adjust the lighting. If you want to bring up certain colors or tone them down, use the HSL color sliders in Lightroom.

What if I lose my preset files?

I will resend your files within 2 months of purchasing, however, I cannot guarantee that it will be in a timely manner. When you download your files, back them up to an external hard drive or cloud drive. This way, if you lose your phone/ break your computer then your files are still stored safely.
